From my trip to Berlin, I'll give one stereotype that was false and one that was true in my experience:
Stereotype: Germans never jaywalk and will confront you if you do.
Result: Jaywalking was ubiquitous in Berlin.
Stereotype: Berlin is known for bad techno music.
Result: This one was largely true. Going into any random shop or restaurant was often a LoFi alarm clock soundtrack experience.
