CPP-D is stealing many billions of dollars from disabled people through denial of services they are legally responsible for & through complete service incompetence or willful fraud are robbing the poorest & most tired.
There needs to be an investigation but also a class action.
Most #disabled don't even KNOW of the theft they experienced, because they are not informed of their rights...
