When Janeway and Tuvok were talking about da Vinci, she mentioned that "James T. Kirk claimed to have met him, allthough the evidence is less than conclusive."
That's a reference to TOS' "Requiem for Methuselah" in which Kirk, Spock and McCoy met Flint who was also da Vinci.
