So, update. This might not be a #Gnome problem at all. Rather it seems that the right Super key is just dead on this #DasKeyboard Pro 6. I installed Input Remapper and couldn't get anything from record, so I did libinput debug-events and also got nothing at all when I pressed it. How weird.

Is there a way in #Gnome to make the right Super (aka "Windows") key behave like the left one? It would be nice to be able to lock the screen with one hand. Besides, I have zero idea what the "right Super" is even supposed to do on Gnome, because it doesn't obviously do anything except not act like a Super key.

The #DasKeyboard Professional 6 *product* is fantastic. The quality control and support are sadly lacking. Despite being marketed for #Linux, they only release firmware updates for Windows. The cable connection went bad on my original one and my replacement came in damaged. The box wasn't damaged. It appears to have come from the warehouse like this. 😬

For the top tier price, they really need to step up the support and QC on these.

Update on the #DasKeyboard replacement. They strongly suggest that RMA orders should be sent via UPS as USPS "loses packages". UPS has lost my replacement keyboard. In fairness, DasKeyboard was quick to send out the replacement and these things happen. I'm more annoyed that they closed the ticket before I got my replacement so that I had to file a new one over the same issue, since there's no way to re-open tickets.

My #DasKeyboard issue ended up not being firmware related, but hardware - the cable connection is now such that I have to readjust the angle of it every morning with a well placed coffee cup if I want The keys from 0 to . to work. I'm hoping for a smooth RMA process because I otherwise absolutely love this keyboard.
