So spending is frozen at 2023 levels regardless. The only ? is how much Dem states would be required to impose work requirements on SNAP and TANF. GOP states are likely already doing so. In exchange for that concession - if it actually is one - McCarthy had to broaden eligibility to homeless. Mad #GOP 🍿
