@[email protected] Hey there. I just want to say that I'm also a fan of #OpenSUSE and their approach to this as well. I maintain a bunch of SLE Micro servers in production in my dayjob as well and it is legit amazing. I love as a #Linux user that #opensource is not a zero sum game and that we have some great choices in this space, as well as common areas for collaboration and innovation. As a #Fedora #Kinoite user myself, I'm thrilled #Kalpa exists!
@[email protected] For one thing, I love that #Fedora and #SUSE play well together such that I can easily build and test things for #OpenSUSE using #Distrobox from #Kinoite, not to mention the usefulness of OBS for generating/maintaining custom, immutable OpenSUSE images.
I swear every time I use #distrobox I love it more. I know people think I'm crazy, but it is so good.
Also, opi on :opensuse: is effing awesome.
When #openSUSE #MicroOS & #distrobox teamed up, even containers couldn't contain their excitement 🤪. Find out what all the excitement is about at get.opensuse.org
distrobox-upgrade --all
Seriously, #distrobox just keeps getting better and better the more I learn about it. This one upgrades every container you've created with one single command.
Here's why I think #Distrobox is so cool. I just installed #Gentoo. It took less than 5 minutes.
