Unexpected #Genealogy work today: Writing a fire/disaster evacuation plan for all the basics, setting up the bags, so that in case of an emergency I'll have the band width to dump all of my irreplaceable family photos/records etc. into a garbage bag and grab my external hard drive (which is the plan for them so far). Not currently in the path of a disaster, but feeling anxious. Do you have a disaster plan for your genealogy stuff?

Hey all! My name is Dai. I run the GenealCymru Youtube channel, where I do #Welsh #Genealogy & #History. Even if you don't have ancestors from #Wales you'll find some useful stuff there. My current research (I've just realised thanks to a new map set) is focussed on the Lampeter Union shown on the map. Red line is the county border, Green is Lampeter Union, Blue contains all the parishes I usually pay attention to when browsing the records. Excited to get started here on Mastodon. #Geneadons
