I've made several pieces in the past few years that were finished in themselves, but didn't really know what to do with them. Yesterday it clicked that maybe they belong together? ... well, scratch that "maybe", this little gnome is now so glued to that "bench" that he will have to relax and enjoy the sun for eternity. This lady takes great pleasure in going out on autumn mornings, collecting seasonal treasures, and using them to make photogenic arrangements around mushrooms and tree stumps, as a gift for us humans passing by who have an eye for it. She is distantly related to gnomes, but lives a solitary life and they don't run into each other very often. We first met in 2018 and she still hasn't told me her name... #ArtAdventCalendar #NeedleFelting
