My electric #guitar preferences are somewhat eclectic - I definitely have strong opinions, but not loyal to one specific brand. However, I do have a strong brand preference for #acoustic guitars and that's #Alvarez (Yairi). Nearly half of my guitar wall is Alvarez.

@[email protected] I got my new #Fender #acoustic mostly setup. I had the opposite issue in that mine came with the action a bit too high (and the frets are in need of some polishing on the edges). It has three minor cosmetic defects. It sounds much better with fresh strings. The tone is loud and very bright. Overall, for the price, I'm happy with it, especially for my use case of having one to play with when I happen to be in Indiana visiting family.

After a day of remove, I think this isn't too bad - it took me more time than I'd like to get an uninterrupted take, playing 3 long, mostly unique, improvised solos back-to-back is kinda hard... It's the back-to-back aspect, my concentration starts to falter and I start making mistakes that I wouldn't otherwise. Something to work on.
