They have to fill out a T1198 for the lump sump payment so CPP-D recipient can file taxes. Literally no one at Service Canada knows about this. They gaslit me. Sent me to CRA who sent me back to the payer which is CPP-D & service canada. They don't know or do their job.
I was tossed back & forth for ages w. nothing resolved.
This entire practise is stealing, exhausting, making disabled people just to do the interoffice work of taking a paper from one federal department to give to another. 4/7
