CW: photo with eye contact, depression mention
Sometimes, silly little things take a long time. Here's one I've been working on for nearly a decade with one of my clown partners, the "Valse des Idiotes" https://russ.whirling.top/ramblings/valse-des-idiotes.html It's the first time I've ever written a piece of music, created sheet music, or admitted I did all of it to avoid my own bouts of depression. #CreativeCommons #lilypond #waltz #music #clown

Enjoy the clown archivist's efforts: I have organized and uploaded nearly 44,000 photos from 42 photographers that worked on the Open Stage project during its 2011-2015 run. About the project: https://circusfreaks.org/portfolio/open-stage/ Direct link to the images: https://archive.org/details/open-stage-photos?&sort=-titleSorter The photos are under an exceptionally permissive #CreativeCommons license: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0

So by all means credit the photographers and use their pictures for art references, remixes, and other creative shenanigans.

Created a bare-bones GitHub organization as a place to store #Dendron formatted vaults: https://github.com/docsgarden I also have a group on GitLab: https://gitlab.com/docsgarden/ Thinking one will be a mirror of the other. #DocsGarden will be where I store #opensource and #creativecommons licensed content that's been converted into @[email protected] compatible vaults 🌱 I really love the idea of being able to download knowledge directly into #PKM #ToolsForThought, and I like how Dendron handles multi-vault

For my 1000th post, a new #introduction is in order: I am a #music creator, an improvisor, and a ponderer of things. Since late 2015 I have released a new track every week, all #CreativeCommons BY-NC-ND (you can enjoy and share freely, with attribution - talk to me if you want to commercialize or "remix"). I also #stream weekly keyboard (piano and other sounds) improvisation, and you may catch me on NINJAM (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ninjam) occasionally.

Thanks for listening, and hope you enjoy!
