CW: Nudity from the back, mild, nothing explicit.
This was initially just an anatomy study, but it evolved into more surrealist painting. Oil on canvas, 50x70cm.

She's inspired by Ama #pearl #divers & wears a long boro skirt in wave design. The #Japanese smiley pin etym. is river, & #Ebisu is a river god. Ebisu is #disabled #deaf, abandoned & rejected, thrown to the water & later seen to be a bringer of blessings.

It's time for an update of my #introduction, so here we go: Hi, I'm an #artist from Germany, exploring #colors and #abstraction in all sorts of ways. A #traditionalArt.ist by heart, after spending literal decades with monochromatic drawing, I switched to acrylic paint and have never looked back. I'm walking the line between #abstractArt and #figurativeArt and enjoy abstract #landscape and #neoPopart.
I sometimes do #urbanSketching, but #painting is what I enjoy the most!
