Time for a new #introduction I'm a #ComputerScience #PhD candidate at the #University of #Vermont (#UVM). There, I'm doing #AI and #ALife #research with Josh Bongard and many others. Themes include #evolution, #evolvability, innate #intelligence, #cells, #bodies, and #endosymbiosis. I believe #science should be open and accessible, so I write about my ideas on a #Wordpress #blog, review relevant #books on #Goodreads, and publish my source code on #Github (links in my profile). I'm passionate about #diversity, #socialjustice, #sustainability, #ethics, #philosophy, and all things #tech. In my personal life, I love #food, #cooking, #reading, #yoga, #hiking, #art, and #StarTrek. I worked for many years on #Google #Search as a #software #engineer, #techlead, and #manager. I used to be proud of that, but lately I have concerns. My favorite #programming language is #Python, but I know many more, and lately have been quite enjoying #CUDA #GPU programming in #cplusplus.

Whenever I see #BorisJohnson I wonder: anybody check that phone for #Pegasus etc. lately? #spyware #cybersecurity #UK #intelligence

#introduction I'm into #intelligence, from #evolution itself, to #cells, #bodies, #minds, #communities, and #AI. I'm passionate about #diversity, #social-justice, #sustainability, and ethical #AI / #tech. I'm #writing about all this and more on my #blog. I read lots of relevant #books, which I review on #Goodreads. I'm a Xoogler and #software-engineer. I'm dabbling at my own #research while I wait to get into a #phd program. I publish my source code on #GitHub.

I guess i'll do an #introduction. Hi everyone, I'm NLAWs. I'm an intelligence detective in [american city] with a background in #intelligence #security and #politicaltheory. I wrote about the growing threat of the incel movement in 2014 and I'm a #nafo guy committed to fighting #disinformation. I know more than a civilian should about military science and procurement and have strong opinions on the Spearhead class EFT and SPEAR-3 cruise missile. I'm way more #leftist than you would think.
