My name is And Steiner it/its. I am a transgender patient currently hospitalized for suicidal ideation in Massachusetts. After reporting the death of another transgender patient, Jean Busch, and making a petition to get her death investigated (link in bio). I was forced into a prison hospital where I was abused mercilessly. Now because of mounting legal liability, after YEARS of waiting to have the option to choose a group home I am being threatened with the potential of being discharged to a shelter! I have started a petition to get the death of a Jean, a transgender woman, investigated, as well as allegations of systemic mistreatment and discrimination against other transgender patients in Massachusetts's DMH hospitals.
