CW: boobies bones flesh
This is Hylaia's DnD character Sha'tala. She is a wind genasi who, throughout our history (and through magical intervention), has sided with the bbeg. In her opinion, she will bring the great truth into the world, if necessary by force. Here you can see her "ascension" in which she frees herself from the yoke of the flesh and rises to become an elemental lord. Christian symbolism is intentional and from the perspective of character.
